Every organisation is starting from a different place and has a different vision of better. To help our customers make sense of which elements of the Breakthrough Business System will be most useful to them in their journey, Breakthrough Partners have developed a workshop process that helps operational excellence leaders articulate their vision and assess which of the resources available with the system can help them achieve this vision.
Run virtually, this workshop follows a structured questioning process which first clarifies the current state of the organisations “operational excellence” system, how this is anticipated to change/develop over the coming years and then links this to the available Breakthrough Business System resources that could help accelerate this journey.
The Help You Need (and Only the Help You Need)
Whilst we believe virtually all organisations can gain by leveraging the Breakthrough Business System, the reality is that the level of support a given organisation needs to realise results can be dramatically different. As a result, we provide four options that are designed to suit Operational Excellence leaders who need more, or less, help to implement their organisation’s business system.

Train Only
This option is ideal for organisations with a mature lean business system and an experienced internal Operational Excellence team that just wants to understand the methodologies/best practices we offer in more detail so they can integrate specific best practices into their own lean business system.
02.
Train and License
This option is ideal for organisations with a less mature lean business system, but with an experienced internal Operational Excellence team that wants to rapidly add one, or more, specific components to their own system and can see a path to doing this by leveraging specific elements of the Breakthrough Business System.
03.
Model and Replicate
This option is ideal for organisations with a less mature lean business system who wish to de-risk initial pilots and give their internal Operational Excellence team the opportunity to observe a pilot before replicating the practices in other organisational units. This options gives internal facilitators the opportunity to see exactly how an experienced external coach guides a management team through applying the selected methodology in a “model” (pilot) unit. This option also includes additional coaching support for internal team members as they “replicate” the same methodology in another organisational units.
To minimise the upfront investment, Breakthrough Partners offers a free annual license of the complete Breakthrough Business System to any organisation that chooses this option. There is no obligation to renew this license at the end of the free license period.

Augment and Develop
This option is ideal for organisations which have a short-term imperative to implement one, or more, critical “breakthroughs” or rapidly install an effective production system, but do not currently have the internal Operational Excellence resources needed to facilitate and support this effort. In this model, Breakthrough Partners will both supply experienced external coaches, whilst helping the organisation build its internal team (including helping to find external talent if required) until they are able to take over.
Again, to minimise upfront investment, Breakthrough Partners also offers a free annual license of the complete Breakthrough Business System to any organisation that chooses this option. There is no obligation to renew this license at the end of the free license period.
